Double Happy Vs the infinite sadness animated shorts!
The Double Happy team have been busy bringing Pink and Blue to life through a range of animated shorts.
The latest addition to the fun is 'Brain Recharge' another disturbing game of oneupmanship from our two heroes.
'Brain Recharge' joins 'Raining Drool' and 'Do the Double Happy', watch all three and let us know what you think! Remember to share with friends so they can share with their friends who will share with their friends, and eventually you will be able to proudly say "I saw it first!"
Brain Recharge.
Have you ever thought that taking your brain out and recharging it might help you get through a tough day? No? Well let this be a warning of why it may not be a good idea anyway.
RAining Drool.
Starring the Double Happy Rabbits, Raining Drool is a story about love and loss, joy and pain, and digestion issues in colossal annelids.
Do the double happy.
What happens when Pink and Blue do their best to outdo each other?
Who will win this round? Watch and share...there are more to come.
The day we met the wizard from diablo 3: Double Happy at avcon
The Double Happy team had a great time at this year's Avcon...we came away with loads of feedback, no voices, some sweet merch, the chance to meet the Wizard from Diablo...and sore feet. It was great to meet some of our existing fans, and to introduce Double Happy vs The Infinite Sadness to a whole new audience.
Check out the gallery on Facebook here.
The Double Happy team was set up in the Indie Games Room, a hall full of passionate indie teams, with awesome indie games to show off to their fellow developers and the general public.
The AVCON crowds were first treated to a sneak preview of some upcoming animations as part of the opening ceremony, and the same animations got plenty of views over the weekend as they were shown on all of the big screens around the convention.
There were many highlights over the weekend, awesome cosplay, great games, the chance to spend money on merch...and the opportunity to meet a true gentleman, Crispin Freeman, voice over star of numerous anime and games, including the voice of Helios in God of War 3, and the Wizard in Diablo 3! Hearing Crispin's comments on the animation and direction of Double Happy topped off an awesome weekend. He's in the image below doing his best 'Double Happy' face alongside one of the Double Happy creators Justin...Crispin's the one with his tongue out :P

AVCON is the Anime and Video Games Convention, an annual event that sees an amazing and varied culture of artists, gamers, artists, cosplayers and fans of animation take over the Convention Centre for a weekend of madness. We were prepared, but nothing could have truly prepared us for the onslaught of excited Double Happy fans, and potential fans, that dropped in to hear the latest news about Double Happy vs The Infinite Sadness.
We had a great time chatting with everyone that came through and we loved the chance to show off animations, concept art and some pretty cool Augmented Reality examples from the Double Happy universe.
