WE HAVE A WINNER!

A massive THANKYOU to all who entered this competition! The team here was excited to see what you could bring to the table and we weren't disappointed! All of the entries were of such a high standard both conceptually and their execution that it made it very difficult to decide who should win. That said however, after much deliberation, a decision had to be made!

1st Place - JET

Jet's Giant Robot won the team over, but only by a fraction with EDWARDB's giant lava slug coming in a VERY close second.

2nd Place - EdwardB

Once again, a HUGE thankyou to everyone who was involved and look forward to seeing your entries in the next competition!

THE DETAILS

A moment in time...frozen between life as heroes or an ignominious death.

Feel the melodrama, take a deep breath and fire up your synapses.

The below image needs a few things before the peril is at all perilous. What is attacking our heroes, is it big, is it small, is it an individual or is it legion, are our heroes dinner or are they just in the wrong place at the wrong time...one thing is certain

IT'S COMING RIGHT AT THEM!

Pink strikes a heroic pose and aims a...well...'weapon' at the impending destructor. What weapon will save the day? Is it a weapon that is wholly appropriate to the destruction of the attacker, or is it a weapon that just doesn't seem to be the right tool for the job (have you ever tried to bring down a charging wildebeest with a fly swatter). Hi tech, low tech, no tech, the choice is yours. You are in control of this one moment of time in the Double Happy universe.

The moment passes, our heroes stand triumphant...again. But, of course, that is another story. 

Competition Tech Stuff

Your finished image will be a 1920x1020 jpg file with your username as the filename.

You can add whatever you need to the picture to allow you to tell your story, but our heroes need to be as they are in the image...the Double Happy Rabbits are the one constant in our ever changing universe. You can use whatever style and medium you need to tell the story, be it the latest hitech 3d software, or a macaroni sculpture photographed with a pinhole camera.

Let your imagination run wild, we don't want to see a whole bunch of things we have seen before...the more original your idea is, the more chance you will be a winner.

• originality (show us your imagination)
• execution (show us your skills)
• visual narrative (tell us a story)
• the Double Happy Factor (make us go WOW)

Entries will be judged by the Double Happy development team.
